In attendance: Cyrie Lange, Samantha Hickman, Charlotte Williams, Joy Weale

1. The meeting was called to order at 11:37 AM by Cyrie Lange.

Discussion of budget proposal: numbers filled in line/by/line. Salary for librarian requested to increase to $21.41/hour, bringing the position to approximately the state average for 2016. Custodian rate is requested to increase to $18.64/hour and Grounds to $16.89, matching the Town proposals. Individual line items that might be trimmed on request are juvenile books and building repairs. Additional note after Librarian’s consultation with Town Treasurer: Landscaping budget request of $500 should be added to Building Repairs or some other line rather than creating a new line item.
