Board of Trustees Meeting

Fairlee Library

January 9th, 2018

Call to order was at 7:08 by Cyrie Lange.

In attendance: Cyrie Lange, Samantha Hickman, Charlotte Williams, Ammie Collins

Minutes of December 19th Meeting were approved unanimously.

1) Librarian’s Report

December 22nd Game Night was canceled due to bad weather. Re-schedules for January 5th, with Leda’s pizza, 10 attended
Donuts with Your Grownup starts January 13th. Samantha is investigating the possibility of a trivia night.
Budget hearing went well; there were no questions about the Library budget.
Samantha needs a new computer. We have enough money in the budget to replace it.
2017 statistics are done. Program attendance and door count were slightly lower than last year.

2) No Treasurer’s Report (too early in the year)

3) Other Business

No more news on the windows at this point.

Board of Trustees needs one new member.

4) Next Trustees Meeting: Tuesday February 6th at 7 PM.
