CALL TO ORDER: 6:11 PM

The Acting Chair, Susanne Pacilio, called the meeting to order.

A quorum of voting members was not met.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

The review of Planning Commission Minutes from November 1, 2018, was tabled.

PLANNING FOR JANUARY PUBLIC WORKSHOP

Cathy McGrath, Chris Brimmer, and the Planning Commission members discussed details of a planned public workshop/charrette scheduled for January 17, 2019, at 6:00 PM, which will be warned 30 days in advance.

MOTION: Margaret Gladstone moved and Denis Lambert seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

ADDENDUM

Work Session: Town Plan
McGrath, Brimmer, and the Planning Commission members discussed the revisions to the Town Plan. Sections under discussion were highway/transportation, internet connections, healthcare, police/safety, and emergency management.

Next Meeting
The Planning Commission agreed to schedule the next meeting for Thursday, December 13, at 6:00 PM.
