CALL TO ORDER

David Fracht, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM. A quorum was met.

PRESENT

Development Review Board members: David Fracht, Chair; Tim Danen, Nancy Anderson and Peter Lange

Zoning Administrator: Chris Brimmer

Board Clerk: Joanna Bligh (absent from meeting)

Visitors: Tom Otterman, Steven Robinson and Wayne Blake

 

REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES

MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Nancy Anderson seconded the motion to approve the Minutes from 11-26-19 as written. The motion passed unanimously.

 

WARNED PUBLIC HEARING

Fracht swore in Tom Otterman (44 E Orange Rd, East Orange, VT), Steven Robinson and Wayne Blake (both of 19 South Street, Brattleboro VT).

Town of Fairlee Application 20-SUB-01.

Fracht announced the opening of the warned Public Hearing on Application #20-SUB-01, the applicants are seeking to adjust the lot line between two lots; parcel ID# 01-00-10 (Blake) to 01-00-05 (Robinson) resulting in a transfer of 21.6 acres to the receiving lot with the result of 01-00-10 36.4 acres and 01-00-05 39 acres. 

Fracht stated that the Board will enter Deliberative Session for discussion.

DELIBERATIVE SESSION

MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Tim Danen seconded the motion to go into Deliberative Session at 7:40 PM. The motion passed unanimously.  

The Board came out of Deliberative Session at 7:45 PM.
