Attached draft NPDES industrial discharge permit 3-1580, fact sheet and public notice for the Town of Fairlee, VT – Lake Morey. The draft will be posted to the ENB for a minimum 30-day public comment period beginning4today, March 19, 2024, until the end of the business day on April 18, 2023.
