Meeting called to order at 5:20 p.m.
Approve minutes from April 2, 2019 meeting
Angelia approved, Larry seconded. Voted in the affirmative.
3) Annual report – action item reports; further action as needed
Concept for insert emailed to group by Angelia. Wording was taken from April 2, meeting minutes. All three versions were liked but copy on deliverable was not desired messaging.
ACTION: Angelia will email revised copy only. After approval, the concept will be presented to Select Board for their consideration and feedback. Add email and phone number or website opt-in to reserve copies ahead of time as well. So the choice is up to taxpayers and not a mandate they will not get one.

AR Print Pricing/Color Options: Susan spoke current printer for color quotes and obtained previous quote from RC Brayshaw. Pricing for color not worth it with current printer bc every page will be charged as color due to the business of that time of year. Angelia asks: Perhaps cost of reduced printing will offset color to remain in budget?
ACTION: Sandra request new quote from Brayshaw on color pricing
AR Items and Sections Review: Discussion on whether all budget and financial lists are needed. An amended AR is discussed: print version leans more on infographics and charts and a version with all financial breakdowns in online version. Liz commented that one-year things were removed (org reports) but the feedback is that those are what people enjoy most besides, births, marriages and deaths. No decision made and further discussion will be had during design process. Adjustments can be made, but need more input from budget planning meetings – turn out is low.
ACTION: Lisa to find our what the rules are and what has to go into AR by law. Angelia to help with social media advertising to get the word out about meetings for increases attendance. Someone needs to connect Angelia to Fairlee Community FB Page administrator to start to boost ads.
Photography: Angelia has not found any opportunities yet, but will be at the 4th of July events and others.

Angelia reviewed January – April 2019 and discussed her method for reviewing to help streamline for others. Sandra to review May & June.
