January 17, 2017

In Attendance: Samantha Hickman, Chair Joel Adamson, Ammie Collins, Crystal Champagne
Call to order:  7:05
Minutes approval: Minutes from December approved with changes mentioned in email
Treasurer’s Report:  Treasurer is absent.  Samantha went over what was left in the 2016 budget and what changes she is proposing for the 2017 budget.
Librarian’s Report:
New Sign:  Trustee’s agreed to hold off on getting a new sign until after the budget approval
Town Meeting: Joel need’s to be officially voted onto the Board.
Maintenance: Locks and window blinds have been done.  There is a plan to address the bay windows.
