NEW BUSINESS
Unified Bylaw
Brimmer noted that he will write up proposed language for the Bylaw amendment.
Brimmer stated that the DRB will sign a finding approving a subdivision plat with conditions, which brings up the issue of lot widths in the village, possible back lots, and lots too narrow to be split in half. Brimmer proposed that the Town allow lots of less than 100-foot wide to share driveways. In this particular instance, the original lot width of 183 feet would be allowed to be subdivided into two lots with road frontage of less than 100 feet, but only in so far as they share an access point.
MOTION: Tim Danen moved and Nancy Anderson seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
