CALL TO ORDER
David Fracht, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM. A quorum was met.
PRESENT
Development Review Board members: David Fracht, Nancy Anderson, Bill Dunnack, and Peter Lange
Zoning Administrator: Chris Brimmer
Board Clerk: Joanna Bligh
REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION: Nancy Anderson moved and David Fracht seconded the motion to approve the Minutes from 3-12-19 as written. The motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC CONCERNS AND COMMENTS
Fracht noted that there was no public in attendance.
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT
Application 19-CU-01
Brimmer stated that a new zoning application 19-CU-01has been submitted for a second story to be added to an existing house (1266 Lake Morey Rd). The conditional use criteria will apply. Brimmer conducted a site visit to check viewshed impacts on abutters. He stated that the proposed additional floor will be below the grade level of Lake Morey Rd and will have minimal impact on the abutter across the public right-of-way. The bedroom count is to remain the same and will have no effect on the State permit now in place.
Fracht announced that a site visit for this application will be on Tuesday, April 9, at 6:45 PM at the location, then the members will proceed to the Town Hall Grange Room for their meeting.
DELIBERATIVE SESSION continued from March 26, 2019
MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Bill Dunnack seconded the motion to resume Deliberative Session at 7:09 PM. The motion passed unanimously.
The members came out of Deliberative Session at 7:15 PM.
Fracht called for a vote on Application 19-SUB-01.
MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Bill Dunnack seconded the motion to accept and sign the subdivision application with conditions to be met with the final mylar submission. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Fracht noted there was no New Business to discuss.
MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Bill Dunnack seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
