PUBLIC HEARING
David Fracht announced the warned public hearing on Application 19-SUB-02, minor 1 lot subdivision, parcel number 02-00-17.1, 289 Alan Lane; George and Hazel Pratt, property owners; Tom Otterman, agent.
Fracht swore in Tom Otterman, representing George and Hazel Pratt.
Otterman stated that the property owners want to create a 3-acre lot and sell the remaining agricultural land of 318.79 acres to 1 buyer. The 3-acre lot that surrounds the existing home includes septic on the lot, a drilled well on the back side of the house well within the lot lines, and a 50-foot driveway right-of-way/easement off Alan Lane. Fracht asked if the right of way for the driveway passes over the property of the new buyer. Chris Brimmer noted that Alan Lane is private, has a T intersection along a utility line, and turns on to Sawyer Mt Drive. Brimmer noted that the right-of-way/easement is well founded. Fracht suggested that a road maintenance agreement be written into the deed.
Fracht called for a vote on Application 19-SUB-02.
MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Nancy Anderson seconded the motion to accept and sign the subdivision application with conditions to be met with the final mylar submission. Conditions include a road maintenance agreement and a detailed annexation of a 2-acre lot previously created on remaining lands. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Peter Lange moved and Bill Dunnack seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
